Return/Exchange Policy

This Return/Exchange Policy applies to products bought from  (hereinafter referred to as “Jockey Philippines”, “company” “we”, “us”, “our”, “website”, or “site”), the official e-commerce website of Jockey Philippines which is hosted and maintained by GTVL Manufacturing Industries, Inc., an authorized licensee of Jokey International, Inc.

Your satisfaction is the best interest of Jockey Philippines. For that reason, we design an easy way, under valid and reasonable circumstances, to allow you to return or exchange the product you have purchased from us under the following conditions:

  1. Be sure to contact and inform us, by sending an email to or by calling as thru the number indicated herein below that you are returning, requesting for an exchange, or a refund of your purchased product. State the reason therein and feedback what you would like to share with us. Kindly include also the necessary details pertaining to the product you purchased which consequently you’ll have to return or request to be changed.

  2. Returning or requesting for an exchange of your product can only be made within twenty (20) days from the moment you received the same.

  3. All expenses, including but not limited to shipping and handling costs, pertaining to the return or exchange of a product shall be for the account of the customer who will be returning or exchanging the product.  

  4. The subject product shall be forwarded, delivered, or submitted, in an unused and good condition, for return or exchange before our customer representative at our main office situated at the address stated herein below.

  5. The product sent for return or exchange must be accompanied with corresponding Delivery Receipt (from the courier) as reference and proof of purchase.

  6. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange, return or refund items that have been:

          - intentionally defaced
          - worn
          - washed
          - have undergone revisions or have been reworked
          - without labels or marked with 'SECONDS' or with cut labels
          - not a JOCKEY merchandise
    1. Due to hygienic reasons, we reserve the right to refuse to exchange, return or refund purchased merchandise belonging to the following categories:

              - Men’s underwear bottoms including Briefs, Boxer Briefs and Trunks
              - Women’s underwear bottoms including Bikinis, Hipsters and Boylegs
      1. An item must only be exchanged with another item of the same amount or higher. The price difference shall be for the account of the customer.

      2. Free items acquired via any promotions (except Buy 3 Take 1) cannot be returned or exchanged.

      3. A Refund is allowed only if the purchased item is found to have factory defects.  In that event, refund shall be made within sixty working days from the approval of refund by the Management of Jockey Philippines. The company has the sole responsibility to decide whether or not an item contains a factory defect.

      4. Until we finally process your return, exchange or refund, we are unable to tell you the status of the same. For credits issued to credit cards, it may take two (2) to three (3) billing statements for your credit to appear on your statement.
