www.Jockey.com.ph is the official Jockey Brand Website of GTVL Manufacturing Industries, Inc.  It showcases Jockey products, offers promotional activities, shares helpful information and has a link to Jockey VIP Rewards (JVR), a loyalty program exclusively for JVR members.

The website was created mainly to better understand the unique needs of each and every Jockey customer so that we can serve you in the best possible way.

All Jockey products and descriptions shown on the website are subject to change anytime without prior notice.  Availability of Jockey products on this site may differ from one store to another depending on the supply.  Jockey products are available in Boutiques and leading department stores nationwide.

Promotional Activities / E-Newsletter

www.Jockey.com.ph may offer promotional activities such as but not limited to contests, discounts or bonus points from time to time.  Terms and conditions of each promotion might vary from one to the other.

E-newsletter on the other hand, may contain useful tips, product updates and even information on promotional activities.

Communicating with Customers

E-mail addresses and/or mobile numbers shall be GTVL’s medium of communication to customers. Advice on product updates and promotional activities, updates on Jockey VIP Rewards, responses to queries or feedback, including E-Newsletter may be sent via email or mobile depending on the customer’s preference.  However, it is recommended that email be used specially for large information like E-Newsletter.

Customers who wish to receive only selected information may send email to customersupport@Jockey.com.ph.

Customers who wish to be removed from the mailing list may send email to customersupport@Jockey.com.ph with “Unsubscribe” as subject line.
