Customers who use the site shall be bound by the privacy policy and terms of use and therefore must abide by the same.  GTVL reserves the right to modify part or whole of the privacy policy and terms of use cited in the website anytime without prior notice to the customers.  All information entered into the website by the customers shall become the property of GTVL.

Other information collected as a result of promotional activities offered by the website shall be deemed property of GTVL as well.  This information can be personal photos, essays, personal stories or responses to the survey(s) that may be submitted or uploaded to the website by the customers.

Other product trademarks such as Lycra, Spandex and others are exclusive property of Jockey third-party providers.

All other website contents such as photographs, video clips and product images are copyrights and intellectual properties of Jockey International, Inc. and its subsidiaries and/or affiliates.

Customer may download or copy store locations and product descriptions for personal use only.  However, downloading shall not automatically give customer right to use, reproduce or distribute items for commercial use.
