Return/Exchange Policy

This policy applies only to JOCKEY Boutiques.

  1. Items subject to return or exchange must be returned or exchanged at the same store within seven (7) days after the purchase.
  2. Items subject to return or exchange must be accompanied with its corresponding Official Receipt as reference and proof of purchase.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund item(s) that have been :
    • intentionally defaced
    • worn
    • washed
    • have undergone revisions or have been reworked
    • without labels or marked with ‘SECONDS’ or with cut labels
    • not a JOCKEY merchandise
  4. Due to hygienic reasons, we reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund purchased merchandise belonging to the following categories:
    • briefs/boxer briefs
    • panties/bikinis/boyleg

    For these type of items, we urge our customers to meticulously inspect their purchases before leaving our store premise.

  5. An item must be exchanged with another item of the same amount or higher, difference will be paid by the Customer.
  6. Free item(s) acquired via a promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.
  7. A Refund is allowed only if the purchased item is found to have factory defects.  Customer must notify the Jockey store within 7 days from the date of purchase. GTVL Manufacturing Industries, INC. has the responsibility to decide whether or not an item contains factory defect(s).
